BOOK A PLACE

Everything you need to know about online booking, cancellations and our rental services — explained quickly and easily.

How can I book a place?

Simply online via www.padelbase.at or directly via our eTennis reservation platform. Create an account, choose a location, choose an appointment — and your slot is secure.

Can I cancel or rebook?

Free of charge up to 15 minutes before the start of the game - directly in the booking system.

What if it rains after the game starts?

In case of heavy rain or unplayable, please contact us immediately by email office@padelbase.at. We will review the case and refund on a pro rata basis, depending on the time already played.

How far in advance can I book?

Up to 14 days in advance — this is how you ensure your preferred time.

What if rental rackets are missing or defective?

Send us an email to office@padelbase.at — we will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.

Are there special rates for frequent players?

Yes, we offer credit packs with bonuses and flexible subscriptions.

Can I make a reservation over the phone?

No, all bookings are made exclusively online.

Is my credit also valid in Freilassing?

No Due to different tax rates, Freilassing requires a separate German eTennis account. Your Austrian credit is valid on all padel base facilities in Austria.

Is there an app?

Yes, you can install the eTennis web app as an “app” on your smartphone:
1. Open the website: Open the web application that you want to install in your web browser (e.g. Chrome, Safari, Firefox).
2. Find the installation option: Look for an icon that often looks like three dots or an upward arrow. There may also be an “install” button directly in the address bar.
3. Select “Add to Home Screen” or “Install as App”: Click on the option found. The exact wording may vary depending on the browser and operating system.
4. Confirm installation: Follow the on-screen instructions. It may be that you need to give the WebApp a name, or that the installation is automatic.
5. Start the WebApp: The WebApp now appears as a shortcut on your home screen or desktop.

Are rackets or balls to rent included?

No You can also book rental rackets online when booking. You will receive the access code to the racket box via email — please also check your spam folder. You can also find used balls in the box.

Are there rackets for rent in Freilassing?

Yes, but not about us. The service there runs via SportOgo — simply install the app, register and borrow directly on site.

Do you have single courts?

Yes, there are two single courts in the Linz-Halle, which can be booked via the link on our website.

Are there changing rooms and showers?

Yes, all locations have changing rooms. Information about showers and their opening times can be found on the corresponding location pages.

Are there parking spaces?

Yes, on all systems. Some require an access code for the barrier, which you will receive with your booking confirmation — please also check in the spam folder.

Do you offer corporate solutions or discounts?

Is the subscription automatically renewed?

No, we will contact you about a month before the expiry date and discuss an extension together.

Which subscription models are there?

We offer seasonal subscriptions (summer/winter) as well as year-round subscriptions with fixed time slots. Details under”Offers → Subscriptions & packages”.

RATES & DISCOUNTS

How much does an hour cost?

Prices vary depending on season, season and location (indoor/outdoor). Details can be found on the respective location page.

Are floodlights included?

Yes, all bookings include floodlights at no additional cost.

Are there discounts for pupils, students or seniors?

There are no general discounts, but there are attractive early bird offers and special school promotions.

MISCELLANEOUS & SERVICE

Technical questions, first aid, or general concerns? Here you'll find answers to anything else that might be important.

The lock on the rental racket box cannot be opened — what to do?

Please first check that you are using the correct number code from your booking confirmation and that you are entering the code on the correct side of the lock. Sometimes there is an operating error (e.g. incorrect direction of rotation or not fully inserted code).
Important: The code is sent via email — please also check your spam folder and make sure that you have activated email notifications in your eTennis account.
If the lock still doesn't open, please contact us directly: Tel. 0660 9988044 or email office@padelbase.at — we will help you as soon as possible.

Are there first aid facilities on site?

A first aid kit is available in the racket box at every location and usually in the changing rooms or at the main entrance or in the restaurant. In emergencies, please dial emergency number 144 immediately and — if necessary — contact the Padelbase team.

What happens if I'm late?

The booked time is binding. If there is a delay, the playing time is not automatically extended. We recommend that you arrive on time so that you can enjoy the full gaming experience.

Is there a way to find game partners?
