No Due to different tax rates, Freilassing requires a separate German eTennis account. Your Austrian credit is valid on all padel base facilities in Austria.
Yes, you can install the eTennis web app as an “app” on your smartphone:
1. Open the website: Open the web application that you want to install in your web browser (e.g. Chrome, Safari, Firefox).
2. Find the installation option: Look for an icon that often looks like three dots or an upward arrow. There may also be an “install” button directly in the address bar.
3. Select “Add to Home Screen” or “Install as App”: Click on the option found. The exact wording may vary depending on the browser and operating system.
4. Confirm installation: Follow the on-screen instructions. It may be that you need to give the WebApp a name, or that the installation is automatic.
5. Start the WebApp: The WebApp now appears as a shortcut on your home screen or desktop.
No You can also book rental rackets online when booking. You will receive the access code to the racket box via email — please also check your spam folder. You can also find used balls in the box.
Yes, but not about us. The service there runs via SportOgo — simply install the app, register and borrow directly on site.
Yes, there are two single courts in the Linz-Halle, which can be booked via the link on our website.

Technical questions, first aid, or general concerns? Here you'll find answers to anything else that might be important.
Please first check that you are using the correct number code from your booking confirmation and that you are entering the code on the correct side of the lock. Sometimes there is an operating error (e.g. incorrect direction of rotation or not fully inserted code).
Important: The code is sent via email — please also check your spam folder and make sure that you have activated email notifications in your eTennis account.

A first aid kit is available in the racket box at every location and usually in the changing rooms or at the main entrance or in the restaurant. In emergencies, please dial emergency number 144 immediately and — if necessary — contact the Padelbase team.
The booked time is binding. If there is a delay, the playing time is not automatically extended. We recommend that you arrive on time so that you can enjoy the full gaming experience.
