Liabilities/terms of use

• The liability of APB Padel Base GmbH for property and financial damage is limited to gross negligence.
• The use of the courts is only permitted by the persons identified on the booking confirmation received and for the period specified there.
• Booking a court only entitles you to private use for the purpose of leisure games. Any other use — in particular events, tournaments, workshops, coaching lessons, group training or other organized activities — is only permitted with the prior written consent of APB Padel Base GmbH. In the event of infringement, we reserve the right to take legal action and to block future bookings.
• Use of the facility is generally prohibited in the event of thunderstorms, storms, snow and slippery ice.
• The user of the facility undertakes to wear appropriate footwear to use the padel courts.
• Note on liability for events, workshops, tournaments, trainings & group bookings. The use of our system — even as part of corporate events, workshops, training sessions or similar organized activities — is always at your own risk.
• APB Padel Base GmbH assumes no liability for injuries or other damage that arise in connection with the use of the system. We do not provide accident or liability insurance for participants. Each participating person is responsible for providing adequate insurance. The booking company or organization undertakes to inform its participants accordingly.
• By booking an event, workshop, tournament, training or similar organized activities (including courts and services such as coaching lessons or workshops), the booking contract partner confirms the validity of our terms and conditions and undertakes to pass them on to all participants.

Proper use of glass surfaces

We hereby inform you about the proper use of the glass surfaces of the padel courts. The glass surfaces of the padel courts are exclusively designed to keep the ball in play (= proper treatment). The glass surfaces, on the other hand, are not designed for personal impact loads and can break when exposed to such forces (= improper treatment).

We warn against such improper treatment of the glass surfaces and make it clear that we are not liable for any resulting damage.

Note on photo and video recordings

Photo and video recordings for commercial purposes are only permitted on our plant with prior written permission from the operators. Please note that violations may have legal consequences.
